We’ll guide you through the process, and you can take your creations home. This family-friendly event is suitable for all ages, so gather your loved ones for a fun time!

Anita Lerma of @barefootgrounded has partnered up with Lightfully Behavioral Health and NS Counseling & Wellness Services to host a day retreat for women at The Lassie House in Pomona CA.
Come enjoy a day to unwind and take care of yourself in a private venue. We are half way through the year and this is a wonderful time to ground ourselves and check in with our mind and body to work towards a better and self loving version of ourselves.
The retreat will include a yoga session, women’s circle, EFT, Sound bath and more!
a light breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
