Studio Guidelines

Friendly reminders to help you prepare for your session:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to sign in and set up.

  • Reservations are required book here

  • Notify the instructor of any injuries before class

  • Bring your mat and props for use during class

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in

  • Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class if possible.

  • Turn off cell phones

  • Class begins and ends with a silent relaxation

  • If you are late or need to leave early, be mindful and courteous of your fellow students.

  • Be patient and work at your own pace. Breathe. Progress comes with practice.
