Studio Guidelines
Friendly reminders to help you prepare for your session:
Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to sign in and set up.
Reservations are required book here
Notify the instructor of any injuries before class
Bring your mat and props for use during class
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class if possible.
Turn off cell phones
Class begins and ends with a silent relaxation
If you are late or need to leave early, be mindful and courteous of your fellow students.
Be patient and work at your own pace. Breathe. Progress comes with practice.
